Dear Parents and Guardians,

To help celebrate Education Week this year we have organised the following activities to help promote healthy minds and bodies.

Tuesday May 23rd – Hands-On Science Workshop

Hands-On Science offers challenging, enjoyable science and technology activities to encourage children to think. Students will be actively involved and encouraged to, observe, record, report and conclude from their observations and experiment results.

These sessions will be run in your child’s classroom.

Friday May 26th – Tabloid Sports from 2:00-3:00pm

(Parents/Guardians Welcome – Also Weather dependant)

Our teachers will set up a variety of sports in a fun and healthy manner.

The sports chosen will promote:

* eye hand co-ordination

* interaction with other children

* social skills including working together and sharing

* self-confidence and independence

* general fitness
