Term two is almost over and I’m sure that you will agree, it has been the most unusual term that any of us have ever seen. Well done parents and carers! You managed to support your children learning from home to the best of your ability. Many of you did this while balancing work from home, toddlers and other commitments and everyone should be congratulated for their efforts.

Our students also must be congratulated for the work that they have put in over the past term. Remote learning seemed to be a positive experience for most of them but they all seemed happy to return to school.

A huge thank you to our staff who managed the transitions to and from remote learning exceptionally well. They also managed to support your children’s learning at home and have made the return to school as smooth as possible.

Thank you to those families who have supported us by following the rules that have been set for us by the Department of Education and Training and the Department of Health and Human Services. These have included staggered starts and finishes to our school day, social distancing and keeping children who are unwell at home.

Friday finishing times:
To support our staggered times at the end of the day, the following will apply for Friday 26th June:

Children with surnames from A – K: to be collected between 1:15 and 1:20
Children with surnames from L – R: 1:20 and 1:25
Children with surnames from S – Z: 1:25 and 1:30

All other children will leave at 1:30 or will go to Kelly Club.
